If you need safety now

If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. In the app, Safety & support includes a quick exit that signs you out of the shared space on this device.

Accounts and pairing

Each partner uses a separate Apple, Google, or email account. Pairing uses a short code. Do not share that code outside the two of you. If a code expires, create a new invitation from the app.

Privacy controls

Private to me, AI may use discreetly, and Shared with us are set per piece of content. Change AI preferences under Privacy & AI. A partner cannot open your private chats or raw survey answers.

The five tabs

Today is the check-in and the day. Us is the shared space. AI is a private conversation. Plans is the week you both add to. Profile holds account, privacy, and safety controls.

Delete your data

You can leave a space and sign out in the app. To delete an account, email us from the address you signed up with.
